toxic bloggers

asaf :: here is another illustration done for israeli paper Maariv.
the article talked about how popular blogs are turning into an undercover publicity device when bloggers are getting free merchandise to test and write about.

I think this piece of artwork fits in with another theme about bloggers, the people blogging pretending to be someone or something they're not. Like guys pretending to girls, and vice versa, or middle aged to old people pretending to be young and flirty. I think the cat is a nice touch. :)

i saw an issue of " the un-men " in a comic book shop the other day. beautiful cover art. i pick it up, open it, and find only bland interiors. if you were to do an entire comic book, that would be awesome!
